From family-oriented apartments in Dubai to luxury villas in Marbella, Rubiano & Roitberg have helped design homes for everyone. Locally owned and operated with a fully integrated team, we directly oversee every step of the development process, designing and project managing over 100 homes in the past decade.

We work closely with well-established local architects and builders. Our architect has extensive experience designing and developing homes across the Costa del Sol and here in Benalmádena, as well as internationally in Brazil and Morocco.

Our trusted building partners have constructed luxury villas in La Zagaleta, La Heredia, and throughout the coast, bringing a wealth of experience to every project.
